Terms of Service

Preliminary version (beta) — under legal review.

Welcome to Panteo. These terms govern the use of the site and services in the current phase ("Wave 0"): account creation, @username reservation and importing your TV Time history. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service (beta phase)

Panteo is a service for recording and organizing your entertainment history. We're in an early phase: today we offer an account with @username and TV Time data import; the full app arrives in the coming weeks. During the beta, features may change, appear or be removed — always preserving your data.

2. Your account and your @username

You need a valid email and are responsible for keeping your password safe. The @username is unique and personal: reserve one per person. We may release or remove @s that infringe trademarks, impersonate someone else or contain offensive terms.

3. Your data is yours

The history you import belongs to you. Full export (CSV/JSON) will always be free. You can delete your account at any time on the account page — deletion is permanent and immediate.

4. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to: use the service for illegal activity; attempt to access other users' data; overload or attack the infrastructure; use automation to mass-reserve @usernames.

5. Free service and the future Panteo+

Signing up, importing and exporting are free — and will remain so. In the future there will be an optional subscription (Panteo+) with advanced features; the essentials will never be paid.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

During the beta the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We work to protect your data as described in the Privacy Policy, but we recommend also keeping your original TV Time .zip file.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced by email with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after the notice means agreeing to the new version.

8. Governing law and contact
