Frequently asked questions

Is Panteo free?

Yes. Signing up, importing and exporting will always be free. In the future there will be an optional plan (Panteo+) with extra features.

Until when can I import my TV Time data?

If you saved the export .zip, yes — we still import everything: shows, episodes, films, ratings, favourites, lists and comments. TV Time shut down on 15/07/2026, so a new file can no longer be generated.

What gets imported?

Followed shows, watched episodes, movies, ratings, favorites and lists.

When does the full app arrive?

It's here: shows and films are live at panteoapp.com, with lists, community and an installable mobile app. Games, books and anime come in the next waves.

What if I never used TV Time?

Create your account and claim your @name. Panteo is built to track everything you watch, whether you came from TV Time or not. Trakt and Letterboxd importers are on the way too.

Is my data safe?

Yes: encryption, access restricted by design, and a public commitment to never sell personal data — all in compliance with LGPD and GDPR. And the exit door (export) is always open.
